PAYMENT METHODS

Payment methods are by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), cheque, money order and Paypal.  Please note that orders paid by cheque or money order will not be shipped until the payment has been received and cleared our banking system.

SHIPPING

We are committed to ensuring your purchases are shipped to you in a timely manner.

Orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days. Delivery time estimates will be indicated for out-of-stock, back-ordered and pre-order items.  

Cape Breton Regional Municipality

If you live within the CBRM (or elsewhere, but happen to be passing through town!) you may pick up your order at no charge. Please choose "local pickup" as your shipping method when checking out.  We will contact you after your order is processed to arrange pick-up.

Canada

Within Canada your items will be shipped by Canada Post Expedited parcel post. You can expect to receive your shipment 2-10 business days after placing your order.

Most orders ship for a flat rate of $9.00.  Bulky & outsize orders will have an additional shipping charge which will be calculated during check out.  Shipping surcharges (if applicable) are normally specified under individual product details.  If your parcel can ship for less than the rate you are charged we will refund the difference to you.

United States (continental)

Shipping to the United States is via Canada Post and USPS, either small parcel surface or expedited post.  You can expect to receive your shipment 6-14 business days after placing your order.

Most orders ship for a flat rate of $15.00.  Bulky & outsize orders will have an additional shipping charge which will be calculated during check out.  Shipping surcharges (if applicable) are normally specified under individual product details.  If your parcel can ship for less than the rate you are charged we will refund the difference to you.

International Shipping

Please contact us by e-mail (info@capebretonbaby.com) or telephone for a shipping rate internationally.  If you place an order to ship oustide of Canada or the USA, no shipping charges will be applied or charged to you until we have confirmed the shipping rate with you.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are cheerfully accepted within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Please contact us at info@capebretonbaby.com to arrange a return or exchange of items. Include your name, the reason for the return, and the original invoice number from the purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on used, soiled or damaged items. Items must be returned with their original packaging.

Shipping is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Certain items cannot be returned/exchanged, including skin care products (soaps, lotions, etc.), diapers, underwear and customized products. Please contact us with any questions.
