The Bambineo is made of bamboo terry fabric. This new bamboo terry fabric is a highly biodegradable product and is grown without the use of pesticides. Even better, it is naturally antibacterial (even after 100 washes) and absorbs 60% more moisture than cotton (it becomes more absorbent with every wash, reaching full absorbency after about 10 washes)! It is beautifully silky soft and remains a soft luxurious texture against baby’s skin even after washing. Our Bamboo terry is 90% highest quality East Asian bamboo (cultivated) woven with 10% polyester for strength and durability.
The Bambineo is available in two sizes (size 1 fits 6-20lbs, size 2 fits from birth to potty) and has hook and loop (similar to Velcro) fasteners. Size 2 is a "true" birth to potty diaper without complicated snaps to size up and down. Simply fold down the rise for smaller babies! For those who prefer an even trimmer fit on newborns/young babies, size 1 is for you!
Size 1 is available in cream only, size 2 is available in cream, soft pink, pistachio green and pale blue. The soaker (included) is removable, making this diaper fully customizable. The diaper has a very trim fit and suits most diaper covers and wraps, including Bummis, Motherease and more.
