Shipping
We are committed to ensuring your purchases are shipped to you in a timely manner.
Orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days. Delivery time estimates will be indicated for out-of-stock, back-ordered and pre-order items.
Cape Breton Regional Municipality
If you live within the CBRM (or elsewhere, but happen to be passing through town!) you may pick up your order at no charge. We will contact you after your order is processed to arrange pick-up.
Canada
Within Canada your items will be shipped by CANPAR courrier services or Canada Post Expedited parcel post. Please choose "Canadian Parcel" to select this shipping option. You can expect to receive your shipment 2-10 business days after placing your order. (Please note, if your item is being shipping to a remote area delivery times may be lengthier. Please contact us for a delivery time estimate.)
Our flat rate for parcel shipping within Canada is $5.00 for all orders over $25.00 (before taxes). Please note that effective January 21, 2008 our flat rate for parcel shipping for orders over $25.00 will increase to $7.00. Orders under $25.00 will be charged $10.00 for shipping.
A shipping surcharge may be applied on oversized/bulky items. Any applicable shipping surcharges will be clearly indicated on the detailed product page.

Taxes
Orders shipped within Canada will have 5% GST added, except for orders shipped to Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and New Brunswick which will have 13% HST added.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns are cheerfully accepted within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Please contact us at
info@capebretonbaby.com to arrange a return or exchange of items. Include your name, the reason for the return, and the original invoice number from the purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on used, soiled or damaged items. Items must be returned with their original packaging.
Shipping is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For reasons of health and hygiene certain items cannot be returned/exchanged, including skin care products (soaps, lotions, etc.). Please contact us with any questions.
